In the future, we will eventually be in the position of a leader. We will be interacting with different people from different places, each with their own difficulties in communicating. We will have to prepare ourselves to effectively communicate with anyone that comes before us.
We can better prepare ourselves through the development of critical thinking skills. It equips leaders to think logically and provide a line of reasoning to their perspective.
If leaders can hone their critical thinking and communication skills, it will neglect any uncertainty in communication. Allowing for effective communication between individuals.
If I am unable to do so, mistakes will be made. Smaller mistakes can be rectified easily, and we can learn from it. However, if the mistake were to be larger, it may not be as easy to come back from it.
